Brenbeal Children’s Centre provides a Long Day Care program with children cared for in three different rooms with approximate age groupings.

| Bullen Bullen Room: | 2 educators | 15 children |
| Barraimal Room (Kindergarten) : | 3 educators | up to 30 children |
The National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education and Care require the following child/staff ratios:
- 1 educator for every 4 children under 3 yrs.
- 1 educator for every 11 children over 3 yrs.
Brenbeal exceeds these minimum requirements.
Children are placed in rooms according to their age and developmental needs. Children may transition up a room during the year if a space becomes available and if the child is ready. This happens in consultation with staff, families and children.
